Dede really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Based on what I wanted, she narrowed it down to a couple of options that fit my needs and wants, and we were able to test drive those. That made the decision process much easier. She was very informative about the features and options on each vehicle and was clearly very knowledgeable.
